Edgy Tailoring Meets Contemporary Cool

This recent studio shoot brought together sharp styling, modern grooming, and a clean industrial backdrop to create a bold yet refined fashion story.
Shot at Portview Trade Centre, Belfast, the studio space provided the perfect neutral setting to let the clothes and character lead. Model Kevin Mc Mahon embodied the brief effortlessly, delivering a confident presence that balanced edge with sophistication.
The wardrobe, supplied by Rio Brazil Belfast, focused on smart silhouettes with a contemporary twist. Classic tailoring was elevated through texture, fit, and attitude — proving that sharp dressing doesn’t have to feel traditional. Each look was styled to feel current and wearable, while still carrying a strong editorial edge.
Hair was crafted by Lee Stinton at Conroy Hair, with styling that complemented the clean lines of the clothing while adding personality and structure. The grooming played a key role in reinforcing the smart-but-edgy aesthetic, keeping everything polished without feeling overworked.
This shoot was all about contrast: structure versus ease, sharp tailoring against a raw studio environment, and classic menswear reimagined for a modern audience. A strong collaboration from start to finish, and a great example of Belfast’s creative fashion scene in action.
