Charlotte & Tess at Armagh Stables — A Fashion Editorial
I’m excited to share a recent fashion shoot I created for Charlotte & Tess, photographed on location at the beautiful Armagh Stables. This shoot was all about capturing a balance between elegance and natural surroundings, using the character of the location to complement the brand’s aesthetic.
Armagh Stables provided the perfect backdrop. The rustic textures, open space, and soft countryside light created a setting that felt both timeless and atmospheric. From weathered wood to quiet stable yards, every corner of the location added depth and mood to the imagery. Shooting on location allowed the pieces to feel alive within their environment rather than confined to a studio.
The concept behind the shoot focused on effortless style. Charlotte & Tess designs have a refined, feminine quality, and we wanted the images to reflect that through natural movement, relaxed posing, and simple styling. By keeping the overall look clean and minimal, the focus remained on the garments while the location added a subtle editorial edge.
Working with natural light played a big role in the final look of the images. As the light shifted throughout the day, it created different moods across the shoot — from soft diffused moments to stronger, more dramatic shadows. These changes helped give the series a sense of storytelling and authenticity.
What I love most about this shoot is how the environment and the fashion work together. The elegance of the Charlotte & Tess pieces contrasts beautifully with the raw charm of the stables, creating images that feel modern yet timeless.
This project was a fantastic creative experience, and I’m delighted to finally share the results. Scroll down to see some highlights from the shoot at Armagh Stables.
