From the moment I stepped inside Mourne Seafood Bar, the atmosphere was alive. The air was filled with the sound of sizzling pans, clinking glasses, and the quiet focus of a team at work. My goal was to reflect the restaurant’s authentic spirit through documentary-style lifestyle photography, blending food photography, portraiture, and action shotsfrom the kitchen floor.

Each plate that came out of the kitchen was a work of art — fresh seafood sourced from local waters, styled naturally to highlight its texture and freshness. Using natural and ambient lighting, I captured the warmth of the restaurant and the skill of the chefs in motion, bringing each scene to life.
